The location was particularly good, at a moderate distance from Hooker Creek Event Center. The hotel was in a very convenient area, very close to stuff around in the area and the Redmond airport and nearby restaurants.

They upgraded our room since I was having my daughters birthday celebration there. The staff was super nice, made check in really easy and answered any question I had. The breakfast was awesome, had a variety of food available. :)

Had huge updated room with very comfy bed. We had a great breakfast with yogurt and bacon or sausage, could find something for everyone. The location was particularly good, for example, Juniper Golf Course was at walking distance from the hotel. The staff was superfriendly and excellent and provided great services.

The location is comfortable, convenient to restaurants, and local attractions. Juniper Golf Course, a popular tourist spot, is only a 10-15 minute walk away. The food options at the hotel were fantastic, offering a wide variety.

The rooms here are spacious and nicely renovated, equipped with useful amenities like a continental breakfast, charging ports, and a microwave. The breakfast spread includes delicious options such as bacon and sausage. The staff members are friendly and helpful. The hotel's location near the river is very convenient.

Awesome :: Everything worked great. After the poor stay at Doubletree in Bend, Comfort Suites was paradise! The computers & Printers worked perfect to print out airlines tickets. Breakfast was great. Internet was fast. Lots of nice towels!

The place is fairly clean with very professional and especially helpful staff, brand-new rooms, a nice building, and rooms with a kitchen.

The lobby was well-designed and welcoming. My room was beautiful and comfortable. The hot breakfast, included in the room price, offered a nice selection in a pleasant dining area. Ample, close-in free parking was appreciated.

My stay was an overall great experience. The only thing that should change is the very strong air freshener odor in the passage at the front door.

Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Location provided easy access, although there was some noise due to proximity to the highway. Staff was professional and helpful, especially the manager. Free shuttles to town and nearby restaurants were convenient.

Nice they opened the breakfast for us before 7am. We needed to be at the Fairgrounds at 6:00am and I wanted to make sure we had breakfast first. Also the to go bag breakfast was a nice option too.

We stayed in the 2 room suite with a pull out sofa bed. After a busy morning we returned to our room to clean up. We had the "Do Not Disturb" sign on our door until only 10am but removed it before heading out again. When we got back to the room after 10pm at night and discovered Housekeeping missed cleaning our room. We told the front desk and waited in the lobby until our room was ready. An half hour went by and we asked the front desk if they would give us an idea on the wait time. The housekeeping wasn't housekeeping it was a Maintenance guy that didn't quite know what was going on. After another half hour only one bed was made and a stack of sheets were on the unmade bed but no towels. I went back down to the front desk for shampoo, conditioner, towels, etc. and told them that I would make the bed myself. It made it for a long night and it was a frustrating experience; but the manager did take 1/2 the room rate off our bill.

The location was unbeatable and convenient, close to restaurants, grocery stores, and the regional airport. The staff were super friendly with a great attitude. We appreciated having rooms with a second queen bed.

Immaculate entrance, friendly staff, awesome clean room with plenty of space. Delicious breakfast with fresh choices. Salt water pool was amazing.
